I appreciated being in this place. Had fairly nice stay for a business trip, the staff were accommodating, location was marvellous in the middle of the city. Location: the hotel was not far from restaurant, grocery stores, gasthouse, and cafe and cafe. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Safa and Marwa Holy Mountains.

Had peaceful location in the middle of the city. It was also so close to grocery stores, gasthouse, and cafe as well as Hannover. My comfort twin room had a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a TV;)))

Conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and a café. A standard twin room comes with all the essential amenities you'd need, and it's close to Hannover 🚶‍♂️.

The breakfast was decently priced and I really liked it. My room had everything I needed to feel comfortable, like a kettle, heating, and a key card 😊.

The rooms at Best Western Hotel Heidehof are cozy and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The beds are so comfy, and the pillows are just perfect! I loved having a large desk to work on and plenty of storage space for my things.

Personally, I found the satellite TV a bit outdated. But hey, that's just my opinion!

I always choose this hotel for my stay because the staff is helpful and friendly. They even helped me with printing my boarding pass. It has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, a fitness center, an indoor pool, and a restaurant. Perfect for my Christmas stay!

We had a delightful stay at this luxurious hotel. We were impressed with their flexibility and adherence to safety protocols. The dinner options during these times were still quite good, and the breakfast spread was absolutely amazing. The location of the hotel was lovely, with convenient parking available. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touch of having two bowls and a snack in the room for our dog. These small gestures made our stay memorable and truly special.

Guests can enjoy a well-stocked breakfast buffet with fresh rolls, croissants and a variety of options. Rooms are clean, nicely laid out, and quite spacious, with comfortable beds, and the bathroom facilities are generally well-maintained.

Parking can be an issue when the hotel is busy, with the overflow parking lot across the street having small spaces, making it difficult to get out when it's full.

Great value and lovely stay. Rooms were clean and well laid out. the staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the delicious food and beer served by the waitresses at night. the location was perfect for us to explore the surrounding area.

The noise from the nearby church bells ringing throughout the night. This caused interruptions in our sleep unless we used earplugs.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Lüneburg area for a few days and chose Best Western for its excellent reputation. The staff at Best Western Hotel Heidehof were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, with a great buffet selection for breakfast. The highlight for me was the amazing swimming pool, one of the best hotel pools I have ever experienced. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
